Hey, I’m Charisse! Dream Catcher. Purpose Pusher. Vision Catalyzer and Founder/CEO of this God-sized dream called Grace + Grit Unlimited®. My mission is to help you thrive in life and make an impact in the world. I create brave and bold spaces for those who are ready to own their worth and live the vision of who they were created to be. But this dream didn’t fall out of the sky and land in my lap. There is a WHY behind what I do. What's my motivation? The frustration I once felt when I knew I had more to give in my work, but the environments were too defined. The sinking feeling I had looking at the dreams written in my journal that I had not yet achieved, and I heard the proverbial clock ticking. My story began when I said “Yes!” to owning my worth and living my vision. Glad I did.
As a certified transformation coach, speaker and facilitator with 25+ years of positional leadership experience working in corporate, private and public sectors. I’ve had the awesome opportunity of leading teams to accomplish organizational mission and goals and coaching people in their personal and professional development. My greatest joy and reward is the moment when people uncover or move deeper into their WHY...their whole person just comes alive! This is the flame of purpose waiting to be lit and set ablaze in you!
